Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) have brought charges against Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

“NABU and SAPO exposed an organised group involved in laundering 460 million hryvnias (more than $10 million — Reform.news note) during the construction of elite real estate near Kyiv. One of its participants — a former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine — has been notified of suspicion,” a NABU press release states.

The case is linked to the Dynasty cooperative near Kyiv. Investigative actions are underway.

Yermak headed Zelenskyy’s Office from 2020 until November 2025.
