Belarusian Special Forces Fly To China For The “Rapid Eagle – 2026” Exercise

Belarusian special forces personnel have traveled to China, where they will take part in the joint “Rapid Eagle – 2026” exercise.

According to the Defense Ministry’s press service, the drills will take place at a Chinese army airborne troops training ground in Hubei province. They will continue until Aug. 24.

The exercise will feature a joint tactical operation in an urban environment.

“The servicemen will conduct parachute jumps, operate unmanned aerial vehicles and counter drones, learn joint UAV assembly, carry out various types of firing exercises, and use urban and industrial mountaineering techniques”, the ministry said.

The Belarusian paratroopers are expected to spend almost a day traveling to China. They will make stopovers in Novosibirsk and Vladivostok.
