Natallia Eismant, press secretary to Alyaksandr Lukashenka, said that Belarus would be glad to welcome North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to Minsk, TASS reports.
According to her, during his visit to Pyongyang, Lukashenka invited the North Korean leader to visit the Belarusian capital.
“We will always be glad to see Kim Jong Un in Belarus. Yesterday, during the talks, the president invited him to visit our country,” Eismant said.
The Russian agency also reports that, according to Eismant, the results of Lukashenka’s visit to North Korea “exceeded all expectations.”
