The Prosecutor General’s Office reported on the enforcement of Administrative Code provisions establishing liability for violations of drone circulation rules. As a reminder, private individuals in Belarus are prohibited from possessing such devices.
“It was established that the majority of violations in the circulation of this type of aircraft involved cases of their illegal import into the country. Since the amendments came into force, 153 individuals and two legal entities have been held liable under Article 18.38 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences in the form of fines with confiscation of the предметs of the administrative offence,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
