Judge of the Orsha District and Orsha Court Ina Kokhava has been dismissed for committing misconduct deemed incompatible with service in the state civil service. This wording is contained in Decree No. 201 of June 22, “On the Appointment and Dismissal of Judges.”

Under the decree, Aliaksandr Lukashenka made a number of appointments within the judiciary. He also dismissed more than 10 judges.

Most of them retired, while other grounds for dismissal included resignation at their own request and the expiration of their terms of office. Kokhava was the only judge mentioned in the decree who lost her position because of misconduct.
