A unit of the 56th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment conducted a training exercise to intercept aerial targets at various altitudes and speeds.
“Real aircraft were used to make the exercise more challenging,” the Belarusian Defense Ministry reported.
The simulated targets were detected in time and successfully engaged during the exercise.
The 56th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment is stationed in the Luninets district of the Brest region near the border with Ukraine.
