41 Belarusians Ordered to Leave Lithuania in January

In January 2016, orders to leave Lithuania were issued to 41 citizens of Belarus, according to statistics from the Lithuanian Migration Department.

In total, return decisions were made with regard to 201 foreign nationals. Belarusians ranked first, followed by citizens of Russia (38 people) and Uzbekistan (25 people).

Another 15 foreign nationals were deported from Lithuania. Belarusians again ranked first. In January, five Belarusian citizens were deported from Lithuania. Second and third place were shared by Russians and Georgians, with three people each.
