Ukraine and Russia conducted another prisoner exchange through Belarus on Aug. 19.
The exchange was carried out on a 103-for-103 basis with the mediation of the United Arab Emirates, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
“The Russian servicemen are currently in Belarus, where Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova is working with them. After receiving psychological and medical assistance, they will be taken to Russia for rehabilitation at Defense Ministry hospitals,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
