On Aug. 13, Ukraine and Russia exchanged the bodies of those killed through the Novaya Guta border crossing on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.
Russia handed over 261 bodies to Ukraine, while Ukraine handed over 24, BelTA reports.
The exchange is being accompanied by the regional delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Since the start of the war, more than 70 exchange procedures between Ukraine and Russia have been carried out through Belarusian territory.
