The United Kingdom has expanded its sanctions against Russia. A total of 18 legal entities and individuals have been added to the blacklist. In addition to Russian companies, the list also includes entities from Thailand, Cameroon and Hong Kong.
Among those sanctioned is Michel Guy France Awana ATEBA, a citizen of France and Cameroon, who, according to the British government, is involved in recruiting Cameroonians to work in drone production at the Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan. He was listed along with Russian nationals involved in recruiting foreign labour for Alabuga.
