Migrants Step Up Activity on the Belarus–Poland Border

Polish border guards recorded 30 attempts by migrants to cross the border from the Belarusian side between Friday and Sunday.

During the previous weekend, December 12–14, Poland’s Border Guard did not register any attempts to breach the border. From Monday through Thursday, only one such case was recorded.

Lithuania and Latvia did not register any attempts to cross their borders illegally on Sunday.
