Lukashenka Signs Law on Exchange of Debtors’ Data Between CIS Countries

Aliaksandr Lukashenka has signed a law ratifying an agreement on cooperation in the exchange of information during the enforcement of court decisions among CIS countries.

The document establishes the procedure and scope of information exchange between enforcement authorities of the Commonwealth states. This concerns data on enforcement proceedings, the debtor’s property status and place of employment, as well as the location of the debtor’s property, Lukashenka’s press service said.
