The Lahoysk ski resort was sold at an auction conducted by the state enterprise BelYurObespechenie. The resort, which was opened in 2004 by the company of Yury Chyzh, had previously been put up for sale several times.
The property was offered at auction three times this year. It was initially listed with a starting price of 23.2 million Belarusian rubles, after which the price was reduced by 20%. At the third auction, the resort was offered with a starting price of 13.9 million Belarusian rubles.
At the auction held last week, the property was sold for 19.48 million Belarusian rubles. The buyer has 20 days to complete the payment. The buyer must also preserve the designated use of the facilities and land plots and ensure their accessibility for all categories of citizens, BelTA reports.
