Kamvol Produces School Vests for Dagestan from Supplied Wool

OJSC Kamvol is producing school vests for Dagestan from supplied wool received from LLC Kavkazskaya Sherst, the Belarusian embassy in Russia reported.

Deliveries of Dagestani wool to Belarusian light industry enterprises were reported last year. It has now emerged that a tolling scheme is being used.

“General education institutions in Dagestan have already purchased more than 10,200 vests produced by the Belarusian enterprise from Dagestani wool. An additional order for 6,000 vests has been placed,” the embassy said.

Last year, Kavkazskaya Sherst supplied more than 300 tonnes of wool to Belarus. A further 100 tonnes are expected to be delivered.
