Haftar’s Security Forces in Belarus Learn to Load Protesters Into Police Vans

Libyan security forces continue training in Belarus. The Interior Ministry of eastern Libya has published a video of training sessions for fighters of the General Directorate of Central Support, a structure within the Libyan Interior Ministry.

Under the supervision of Belarusian instructors, Libyan security personnel are learning how to use batons and shields, twist people’s arms during detention, jump out of vans while in motion, and throw detainees into police transport vehicles.
