According to the ministry, more than 200 analysts, military experts, and researchers from Belarus, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, China, India, Russia, Italy, Spain, Serbia, the United States, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Uzbekistan, and other countries will participate. Among them are:

The announced theme of the conference is “Global World (Dis)Order and the Puzzle of Eurasian Security.”

“Particular attention will be paid to dialogue between East and West, strengthening confidence-building measures, and preventing confrontation. The Belarusian side consistently advocates for the development of a neutral, inclusive platform where representatives of different states and political schools can exchange views openly, without pressure or bias. The goal of the conference is not to achieve agreement at any cost, but to create a space where voices can be heard — a quality that has become especially valuable amid growing international turbulence,” the Foreign Ministry said.
