Tsikhanouskaya Holds Consultations With Babaryka and Kalesnikava in Berlin

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya met in Berlin on Monday with Viktar Babaryka and Maria Kalesnikava. The meeting took place at the Pilecki Institute. Tsikhanouskaya’s advisers Franak Viačorka and Dzianis Kuchynski also took part.

According to the Office of Tsikhanouskaya, Viačorka and Babaryka additionally held consultations on strategy.

Over several hours, the participants discussed strategic priorities, steps to strengthen the democratic forces and enhance unity, and ways to improve coordination on the international stage.

Separate discussions focused on steps to secure the release of political prisoners, end repression, support Belarusians inside the country and in exile, as well as other initiatives aimed at bringing change closer in Belarus.
