The Russian city of Orenburg came under a drone attack. Several UAVs were shot down over the special economic zone, where industrial enterprises are located, the city’s mayor Albert Yumadilov reported. According to him, no one was injured in the attack.
“Debris fell on the territory of the Ozon logistics complex, causing a fire that was quickly extinguished by Emergencies Ministry personnel”, he wrote on Telegram.
It should be recalled that on the night of Aug. 22, an Ozon logistics complex in Chapayevsk, Samara region, was damaged in a drone attack. A fire broke out at the warehouse. The company reported casualties and the evacuation of more than 500 employees. Operations at the facility have been suspended indefinitely. Ukraine’s Defense Ministry announced the start of systematic attacks on Ozon logistics facilities. The ministry recalled that Ukrainian units had previously struck 15 of Wildberries’ largest logistics hubs.
