Colonel Uladzimir Holubeu has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Logistics and Chief of Logistics. The corresponding decree was signed by Aliaksandr Lukashenka on Aug. 6.
The position was previously held by Vitali Narkevich, who was transferred to the military reserve on Aug. 3.
Since 2022, Holubeu has served as commander of Military Unit 5525.
