Belstat has published data on the financial performance of organizations for January–September. Their net profit increased by 11.5%. The positive trend continued: in January–August, net profit growth stood at 9.2%.
The operational report of Belstat does not include banks, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, budget-funded organizations, or organizations without departmental reporting with fewer than 50 employees.
In January–September, organizations’ revenue rose by 9.1% to 386.8 billion roubles. In September it amounted to about 44.2 billion roubles, or 1.6 billion less than in August. The cost of goods sold grew by 8.3% to 316.8 billion roubles.
Net profit increased by 11.5% to 16.82 billion roubles. In September, net profit amounted to around 1.5 billion roubles.
The profitability of sales reached 6.8%, the same level as in the corresponding period last year.
A total of 1,285 organizations were loss-making in January–September, an increase of 6.9% compared with the same period last year.
Accounts receivable as of 1 October amounted to almost 98 billion roubles. Since the beginning of the year, they have grown by 10.1%. Accounts payable increased by 11.1% over nine months to 116.91 billion roubles. Debt on loans and borrowings fell by 0.9% since the beginning of the year to 137.46 billion roubles.
