Sales of trucks produced by the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) in Russia declined in January-May.
According to Avtostat Info, 246 MAZ trucks were registered in Russia in May, down 8% from the same month last year.
Over the first five months of the year, MAZ sold 1,258 vehicles in Russia, a decrease of 10% compared with the same period last year.
The Russian truck market totalled 3,837 vehicles in May, down 22% from April this year. Over the first five months of the year, truck sales fell 19% to 20,580 units.
