When appointing Nadzeya Katkavets as his aide and inspector for the Mahilyow region, Aliaksandr Lukashenka also extended her tenure in the civil service beyond the mandatory retirement age.
“Extend the term of state civil service beyond the maximum age limit for civil servants for Nadzeya Mikalaeuna Katkavets by five years,” states Decree No. 219 of July 8, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
In addition, Katkavets was awarded the highest class of the 2nd rank of state civil servant.
The maximum age for remaining in Belarus’s civil service is 65. Nadzeya Katkavets was born in 1960.
