Former Chairman of the Homiel City Executive Committee Uladzimir Pryvalau has been appointed head of the Administration of the Homiel-Raton Free Economic Zone state institution. The corresponding resolution of the Belarusian Council of Ministers No. 342, dated July 7, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
In May, Uladzimir Pryvalau was dismissed from his post, and in June media reports emerged claiming that he had been detained. The Investigative Committee later described those reports as defamatory and opened a criminal case.
