Annual Mobilisation Readiness Training Begins in Belarus – Defence Ministry

The Defence Ministry has announced the start of annual mobilisation readiness training. The exercises will be held nationwide from February 17 to 20 and will be conducted under the supervision of regional executive committee chairpersons.

“Theoretical and practical activities will take place in all districts of the country, with particular attention paid to training officials of executive committees, military commissariats and organisations, as well as reservists, in matters related to the formation of territorial troops,” the statement said.

The training will also cover the formation of people’s militia units.
