A total of 25 forest fires were recorded in Belarus over the past weekend, the Forestry Ministry reports.
There were 60 forest fires over the past week. Of these, 24 were recorded in Homiel Region and 20 in Brest Region. Vitsyebsk Region was the only region where no forest fires were recorded last week.
The total area affected by the fires was 14 hectares.
