The former security officials’ initiative BELPOL has published documents pointing to a new scheme to circumvent sanctions on supplies of equipment to the Minsk-based Planar OJSC.
The scheme involves Stroigeodor LLC. Officially, the company specializes in the sale of road and roofing materials, geogrids, geotextiles and bentonite mats. However, the company was previously identified as being involved in supplying equipment to the Neman Hrodna Tobacco Factory.
BELPOL has now obtained documents on supplies through the Hrodna-based company of an XIMEA xiQ MQ013MG-ON-S7 monochrome machine vision camera and precision gearboxes made by French company Girard Transmissions.
