The founder of the online library Yaraslau Ivaniuk filed a report on a possible crime, as he wrote on Facebook: “In short, I filed a report on a possible crime with the Białystok branch of the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, which operates within the police structure.

I can add that the officers receiving the report treated the matter very seriously. As I was assured, the case will be transferred to the prosecutor’s office later this week and possibly to the Internal Security Agency.”
He also handed over logs of the addresses from which the attack had been carried out. “I was told that they may be able to find out where the attack originated,” Ivaniuk told Radio Svaboda.
It should be recalled that on the night of May 6-7, 2026, the website of the Belarusian online library Kamunikat.org became the victim of a large-scale hacker attack and temporarily ceased operating. Some of the materials on the Kamunikat.org website have already been restored, and work in this direction is continuing.
