Viktar Lukashenka awarded a medal to his brother Dzmitry Lukashenka. According to the press service of the National Olympic Committee, the medal was presented to him in his capacity as chairman of the Republican State Public Association “Presidential Sports Club.” Certificates of honor were also awarded to employees of the public association. The medal was presented to Dzmitry Lukashenka on the occasion of the club’s anniversary.
It is worth noting that Viktar Lukashenka not only heads the National Olympic Committee, but is also a member of the governing board of the “Presidential Sports Club.”
The medal was not the only award for Dzmitry Lukashenka on that day. His father, Alyaksandr Lukashenka, on 17 December signed a decree awarding the “Presidential Sports Club” the “Belarusian Sporting Olympus” prize.
