Belarus’ Investigative Committee has launched special proceedings against Artsiom Litvinka. He has been instructed to appear before the Investigative Committee’s Minsk department.
He is charged under Part 1 of Article 130 (incitement of hatred), Part 3 of Article 361 (calls for sanctions), Part 1 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), and Article 369 (insulting a public official).
