The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade said it had adjusted Dynama Minsk’s ticket and season-ticket program for the 2026/2027 season “taking fans’ interests into account.”
The club had previously approached the ministry for approval of the program. MART recommended lowering ticket and season-ticket prices and pursuing a “more restrained pricing policy,” explaining that Dynama Minsk is considered a significant ideological project for Belarus and that attending KHL team matches is “an important part of public life.”
Under the new agreement prepared by the parties for signing, the club will refrain from unjustified increases in ticket and season-ticket prices during periods of heightened demand. If prices are to be raised above the established limit, the club must inform MART in advance and provide an economic justification.
The ministry recalled that it received complaints from fans last season over a substantial increase in prices for home games in the first round of the KHL playoffs. Following MART’s recommendations, prices for those games were not increased.
The new hockey season for Dynama Minsk fans will begin on Sept. 7.
