Number of People Employed in Economy Slightly Declined in July

In July, 4.1825 million people were employed in Belarus’ economy. This was 400 fewer than in June. Employment in the country increased in June.

Employment also declined in July last year. Compared with June 2025, the number of people employed in the economy increased by 34,500 over the year.

Compared with December 2019, the number of people employed in the economy decreased by 152,500. At that time, 4.335 million people were employed in the economy.
