Belarus will change toll rates on paid roads from Sept. 1. The changes are provided for by Resolution No. 42 of the Ministry of Transport dated Aug. 24.
The toll rate for vehicles with a permissible gross weight of more than 3.5 tonnes will now be:
- for vehicles with 2 axles — 12.1 euro cents per km (+0.4 euro cents per km compared with the current rate),
- for vehicles with 3 axles — 5.2 euro cents per km (+0.6 euro cents per km),
- for vehicles with 4 or more axles — 18.2 euro cents per km (+0.6 euro cents per km).
At the same time, a 10-fold multiplier will apply when a vehicle travels along two segments of paid roads leading to Minsk.

The tolls for a specified period of road use will be:
- 15 days — 21 euros (+1 euro),
- 30 days — 33 euros (+1 euro),
- 1 year — 114 euros (+4 euros).
The one-time toll will be:
- for vehicles with a permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes — 15 euros (+1 euro) for cases of non-payment,
- for vehicles with a permissible weight of more than 3.5 tonnes — 19 euros (+0.5 euro) for cases of partial payment and 38 euros (+1 euro) for cases of non-payment.
The increased toll will be:
- for vehicles with a permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes — 100 euros for cases of non-payment,
- for vehicles with a permissible weight of more than 3.5 tonnes — 130 euros for cases of partial payment and 260 euros for cases of non-payment.
The minimum prepaid balance has been set at 25 euros, while the maximum prepaid balance has been set at 350 euros.
