New restrictions on lottery activities are being introduced in Belarus. The relevant decree was signed today by Aliaksandr Lukashenka, his press service reported.
The decree prohibits participation in instant electronic lotteries by individuals under the age of 18, as well as by those barred from visiting gambling establishments, virtual gambling establishments and participating in games of chance.
It also establishes a mechanism for banks to refuse such individuals transactions related to the payment of lottery stakes. Lottery participants will be allowed to top up their gaming accounts only in non-cash form.
