The Emergency Situations Ministry has summarized the impact of the thunderstorm front that swept across the Hrodna Region on Monday.
It was reported yesterday that 140 houses had been damaged in the Voranava District. According to the ministry’s latest update, crops in the district were also affected, including fields of corn, sugar beet, grain, rapeseed, lupine, potatoes, and peas.
Eleven settlements were affected in the Voranava District, two in the Lida District, and four in the Shchuchyn District. The roofs of 145 residential buildings, 46 outbuildings, and 27 agricultural buildings were damaged.
A total of 109 fallen trees were recorded in seven districts of the Hrodna Region and in the city of Hrodna. Three vehicles were damaged.
No injuries were reported.
