Trading on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 8 April, ended with the dollar and the Russian ruble falling. The euro and the yuan rose.
The dollar fell by 0.66%, or 1.93 kopecks, to 2.9 rubles. The last time the US currency was worth 2.9 rubles or less was in early March this year.
The euro rose by 0.77%, or 2.58 kopecks, to 3.3867 rubles.
The Russian ruble fell by 0.12%, or 0.46 kopecks. One hundred Russian rubles were worth 3.732 Belarusian rubles.
The yuan increased by 0.16%, or 0.67 kopecks. Ten yuan were valued at 4.2777 rubles.
