Pastavy Dairy Plant is carrying out an additional share issue. Information about it has appeared on the Unified Financial Market Portal.
The volume of the issue amounts to 3.854 million rubles. The funds are needed by the enterprise to replenish working capital in order to provide loans to agricultural organisations for the design, construction and reconstruction of livestock facilities. The additional share issue was registered on 3 April.
It should be noted that the plant’s authorised capital increased several times as a result of the issue.
