Police have uncovered another illegal moonshine production site in the Maladzyechna District, the Interior Ministry’s press service reported.
In the village of Skholina, on the property of a 61-year-old local resident, officers found a relatively large operation. A distillation unit and 23 tonnes of mash were seized.
The ministry noted that the man had previously come to the attention of law enforcement for selling moonshine.
“A chemical examination of the discovered liquid has been ordered. The man’s actions will be given a legal assessment,” the Interior Ministry said.
