Alyaksandr Lukashenka said today that he had advised Donald Trump to leave Israel one-on-one with Iran. According to him, it appears that the US president followed that advice.

“The Americans are doing well. They have started doing what I advised Trump to do during our last talks. I can say this today. The Jews came to him, the Israelis (they forgot about the Holocaust and everything else, they flattened Gaza, children died there, people died), and started calling on him to fight against Iran. He got involved. What should be done now? I told them: ‘Israel wanted to fight against Iran — let it fight. Let it fight, why are you getting involved there, you will bury your own people there,'” Lukashenka said.

As previously reported, during the last visit of US presidential envoy John Coale to Minsk, Lukashenka began the meeting by proposing to discuss the war with Iran. The day after the meeting, Lukashenka said that he had offered the Americans his vision for ending the war.

“And coffins slowly started arriving in America. Society became outraged. Already two-thirds do not approve of this adventure. So I said: ‘Tell Donald to let Israel fight Iran. Then we will see what happens.’ We all know how to fight using someone else’s hands. Just as the West is fighting in Ukraine,” he continued today.

In his opinion, common sense has prevailed.

“I can see that common sense has prevailed. They are slowly, slowly leaving there. You hear these statements: ‘we bombed this’, ‘we killed with a missile’, ‘we will take the uranium tomorrow’. But the main thing is oil: ‘We will seize Kharg Island.’ This island is hundreds of kilometres from the Strait of Hormuz, it does not affect the passage of ships there in any way. But the Americans have slowly started leaving there. I am sure the Jews will also understand that they got involved in the wrong thing,” he said.

Lukashenka also added that Israel is not capable of taking over the whole world.

“And with such a state and such a population, you cannot seize the whole world. They thought the Americans would do it. But they came to their senses in time,” he said.
