Alyaksandr Lukashenka has decided to send humanitarian aid to Vietnam following the consequences of large-scale natural disasters that struck the country in 2025. The relevant instruction was given to the Emergency Situations Ministry, its press service reported.
The decision was made in response to an official request from Hanoi for assistance in dealing with a series of natural disasters in 2025 that resulted in numerous casualties and widespread destruction.
