The Minsk City Executive Committee has decided to end the heating season. From April 30, heating will be switched off in public and administrative buildings, as well as industrial organisations.
From May 2, heating will be turned off in residential housing, dormitories, public baths, theatres and educational institutions, with the exception of schools and pre-school institutions.
