Authorities in Minsk plan to reconstruct Chelyuskintsev Park, Minsk-Novosti reported. The relevant project has been put up for public discussion by the administration of the city’s Pervamaiski District.
The project covers the central alley and adjacent areas. More than 10 million rubles are planned to be allocated for these purposes.
Plans include the creation of 10 non-stationary cafés and 32 retail pavilions connected to all necessary utilities. Designs have been developed for several standard structures with wood-style façades and soft-shingle roofing.
In addition, the park is set to install the Ferris wheel, the Ladya ride, and a children’s slide. Lighting, benches, small architectural forms, and other elements are also to be upgraded.
