Belarus’ State Security Committee has updated its list of “persons involved in terrorist activities,” adding seven more people.
Among them is Sviatlana Miatselskaya, who was detained in October 2024 in the “neighborhood community chats” case. On March 19, 2026, the Minsk City Court sentenced her to 10 years in prison and a fine of 1,000 basic units under Article 357 of the Criminal Code on “conspiracy or other actions aimed at seizing state power.”
The list also includes Yaraslau Halouchanka. In May 2026, the Brest Regional Court sentenced him to 11 years in prison. According to human rights defenders, his case may be linked to the “Hajun case.”
In addition, Dzianis Adamin, Yauhen Sharlan, Aliaksandr Audzievich, Dzmitryi Litvin and Nina Hniadzko were added to the list.
As of today, the list contains 1,475 people. Of these, 726 are Belarusians.
It should be recalled that charges of extremism and terrorism in Belarus are used to target opponents of the authorities and dissent in general.
