The Belarusian Council of Ministers has set a new base rental value. From April 1, it will amount to 20.03 roubles. The benchmark has been increased by 1.26 roubles compared with the level set from April 1 last year, the government’s press service said.
“The base rental value is used in calculations of rent for leasing real estate owned by the state, as well as property owned by business entities in which more than 50% of shares are state-owned”, the press service explained.
