Net Profit Of Belarusian Enterprises Grew By 4.8% In Six Months

Belstat has published data on the financial performance of organizations in the first half of 2026.

Belstat’s preliminary report does not include banks, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, budget-funded organizations or organizations without departmental reporting that employ fewer than 50 people.

In January-June, organizations’ revenue increased by 9.1% to 282.07 billion rubles. In June, it amounted to about 50 billion rubles, up 1.5 billion rubles from May.

The cost of goods sold increased by 9.2% to 232.47 billion rubles.

Net profit increased by 4.8% to 11.82 billion rubles, including 1.5 billion rubles in June.

The sales profitability rate was 6.5%, down 0.1 percentage points from the same period last year.

In January-June, 1,682 organizations were loss-making, 30.4% more than in the same period last year.

Accounts receivable stood at 106.8 billion rubles as of July 1. It fell by 3.8 billion rubles in June and increased by 1.1% since the beginning of the year.

Accounts payable fell by 1.6 billion rubles in June to 126.09 billion rubles, while increasing by 1.8% since the beginning of the year.

Debt on loans and borrowings increased by 3.3% since the beginning of the year to 146.9 billion rubles. In June, it increased by almost 3 million rubles.
