The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on Monday granted a lawsuit filed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice to transfer the corporate rights of Gomselmash in several Ukrainian legal entities to the state, Radio Svaboda reported.
The ruling concerns limited liability companies Trading House Gomselmash-Ukraine, Trading House MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine, and Promin-Yug. In addition, property rights to several trademarks have been transferred to the state.
According to the Ukrainian Justice Ministry, subsidiaries of the Gomselmash holding were involved in the production of components for Geran-2 drones and munitions on orders from Russia’s military-industrial complex.
