Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz has been discharged from hospital after heart surgery, Katolik.life reports.
The 80-year-old Kondrusiewicz was hospitalized due to heart problems. Doctors diagnosed heart failure and prevented another heart attack. After his condition improved, Kondrusiewicz underwent heart surgery, during which new stents were inserted and old ones were cleared.
In 2024, Kondrusiewicz suffered a heart attack and underwent heart surgery. In 2023, he was diagnosed with cancer.
