Truck Falls Through Asphalt In Minsk

On Aug. 11, a dump truck fell through the asphalt on Haya Street in Minsk.

Rescuers and a crane were needed to pull the truck out of the hole. No one was injured, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
