A weather balloon carrying Belarusian cigarettes has been found in Ukraine. This was reported by the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Border guards discovered a package containing tobacco products in the Shatsk area, near the border. The Ukrainian service suggested that the smugglers intended to transport the cigarettes to European Union countries.
The package contained 1,500 packs of Minsk cigarettes, two GPS trackers with SIM cards from Belarusian and Polish mobile operators, as well as fragments of a weather balloon.
