The Viva, Rovar! bicycle carnival and the “Summer Mood” festival concert, scheduled for May 30, have been postponed until next week. The reason is unfavorable weather conditions, the Minsk City Executive Committee reported.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rain, thunderstorms and strong gusty winds are expected in the second half of the day. The new date will be announced later.
The “Pershy Rovar” children’s and youth competition near the Palace of Sports will take place on May 30 in the first half of the day. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. All other events of the city’s summer music and tourism season scheduled from 2 p.m. on May 30 have been cancelled.
