In the Uzda district, two schoolgirls born in 2013 and 2014 broke into a summer house and set it on fire.

A report of a fire at the Veras-Kalibr gardening cooperative near the village of Trystsianets was received at around 9 p.m. on Monday, April 20. The house, which was not connected to the electricity grid, was on fire. The blaze was extinguished.

An investigative team working at the scene concluded that the cause of the fire was arson.

It was established that at around 4 p.m. two teenage girls broke the door of the house using an axe and began setting fire to items inside using paper and a lighter. After “playing around”, the schoolgirls left the house and later noticed smoke and flames, zorkanews.by reported.

The fire partially destroyed the house and the property inside. Case materials have been transferred to the police.
